Staff came when I need them staff were on that I knew well and was comfortable with. They changed my pads regularly they were kind and patient they knew my routines they knew when i was unwell They are careful about my medication

Nothing to be improved, always listen and we follow what mum does at home. recharges batteries and gives mum time with other family members.
